1.1. Welcome to Matcha Glow (www.thematchaglow.co), with its registered address at R-6, Block 10-A, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. Please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of our website. Matcha Glow reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

Exchange Policy

2.1. If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan, with all associated shipping and customs charges covered by the customer. We conduct a thorough investigation upon receiving the defective product and proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Price and Content Information 

3.1. While we endeavor to maintain accurate pricing and content information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed with incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may choose to cancel the order at our discretion. 

Order Acceptance

4.1. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications before accepting any order, and if cancelled, we will notify you. 

Delivery Charges

5.1. Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the goods’ price, and customs duty and tax charges are payable to the courier company upon delivery. 

Delivery Timelines

6.1. Matcha Glow is responsible for dispatching your order, but we cannot control any delays caused by our courier partners. If concerns arise after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed of any delays. 

Custom, Duties and Taxes

7.1. When ordering from www.matchaglow.pk for delivery overseas, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility. Customs policies vary, and cross‑border deliveries are subject to inspection by customs authorities. 

Privacy

8.1. Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided through this site will be used in accordance with Matcha Glow's privacy policy.

9.1. Our goal is to create a positive, useful, and safe environment for all users. To maintain this environment, we prohibit certain types of conduct that may be harmful to our users or to us. When using our website, you may not:

Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Karachi, including any consumer courts, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes you may have with us.

Disclaimer 

12.1. We strive to ensure that the colors viewed on our website are an exact representation of the actual color of the outfit. However, there may be minor variations due to several factors and differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and the capabilities of monitors. 

12.2. Accessories displayed in the product images or with models are not included.
